Each cook chooses their own cancellation policy. Check the listing page to see which policy applies to your booking. Cooks who cancel always guarantee a full refund.
Flexible
Flexible cancellationFull refund up to 24 hours before meal time. After that, the first night is non-refundable.
Moderate
Moderate cancellationFull refund up to 5 days before meal time. After that, 50% refund for the meal cost.
Strict
Strict cancellation50% refund up to 7 days before meal time. No refund within 7 days.
If your cook cancels
If a cook cancels your booking for any reason, you will always receive a full refund — regardless of the cancellation policy. We'll also notify you immediately and help you find alternative meal options if available.

Service fee
The eatby.ai service fee is refunded whenever a full meal refund is issued. For partial refunds, the service fee is refunded proportionally.
